Favorite Breakfast

Have I ever shared my favorite at-home breakfast?

No?

Let me enlighten you.


What we have here is a Bagel Thin (110 cals!) with cream cheese and tomato slices, topped with a light sprinkling of sea salt.  Y.U.M.

That looks fabulous!!

Here is my fav you might want to try:
1/4 cup egg beaters cooked like an omelet with 1 turkey sausage link sliced into it. Fold into quarters and put inside one whole wheat toasted English muffin with 1/2 slice of a good cheddar cheese and some tomato slices. Delish and about 280 cals :)
