Mini Lasagna


Mmmmmm... mini lasagna!

I used my usual recipe, but cut the noodles 
& made them in a muffin tin!

Note to self: Reduce cooking time to 10-12 minutes.  
Note to self, part 2: Yes, improvising with jumbo shells when you run out of lasagna noodles works just fine.
